A life worth living is one that is full of relationships, activities, and commitments that align with and express our personal values; a life of meaning and purpose. Living in enchantment. For many of us trauma survivors, such a life feels like a far off fantasy, wholly unattainable and not within our grasp. Our trauma symptoms limit us in how we reach out in life, and add a burden of pain and injury to living. We often simply hope for a life we can survive, getting through day to day, weeks, months, and staying alive and ok.
But we can hope for more than that from life.
We can recover and heal, and learn about ourselves and what makes us come alive. With recovery, the injury of trauma can be repaired, and we can rebuild our lives around ourselves in a way that reflects who we are now, as we are now.
We can’t go back to the way it was before, and there’s many who never had a “before” life. We can connect in to a full story of who we are, with all our history and all our qualities. Our values may have changed, some may have deepened, and others drifted away. We can reclaim ownership of ourselves and our lives, and live authentically through our values.

I’m here to help you heal trauma and reclaim your power to build an enchanting life.
I’m passionate about helping trauma survivors because I am a survivor and experienced first hand all the struggles with finding good support. It is so hard to search for a skilled therapist and start trauma therapy when we’re also actively trying to get back into some sense of safety in our body and world.
I’m here to help you with all of it; build safety within yourself and your world, process and heal trauma, and integrate and reconnect into life and meaningful relationships. Through recovery, we can become the fierce warriors our stories tell us about.
